When you're a Gold Pirate and your quest is active, it appears pinned at the top of the quest listings with a ✦ FEATURED banner. More eyes = faster finds = faster prize delivery.

Can I cancel anytime? ▼

Yes — cancel anytime from your profile page. You keep Gold perks until the end of your current billing period, then revert to the free Explorer tier.

Do I need Gold to hide or find treasure? ▼

Nope! The free tier gives you full access to hide treasure, quest for prizes, and claim wins. Gold just gives you a competitive edge and helps support the platform.
